Operator and scope

HGH Private Assistant is personally operated by Seb Mills. This policy covers its authorised Google-connected assistant tasks.

Information and purpose

Depending on the permissions granted and task requested, the application may access email metadata and content, calendar events, and Drive or Sheets information. Information is used to organise work, prepare briefings and drafts, analyse documents and reports, and carry out authorised tasks. Operational records support connection checks and troubleshooting.

Processing and sharing

Information may be processed on the operator’s devices and by Google and configured AI or integration providers as needed for the requested task. Processing is not exclusively local. Provider-specific handling depends on the service and account configuration; contact the operator for details of providers used in a particular workflow.

This application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising targeting, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

HGH Private Assistant’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and protection

Reports and task records may be retained for ongoing work and troubleshooting. Access controls are used to protect records. Retention varies by workflow; there is no single automatic deletion deadline. Backup copies may remain until backups rotate or are removed.

Your choices

You can revoke access in Google Account connections settings. Revocation prevents new authorised access but does not automatically erase existing records. Contact the operator to request access information, correction, disconnection or deletion. Requests are reviewed for active records and any remaining backup or provider copies.
